John Nelson

Lead Pastor

John Nelson is the lead pastor and planted Foundry Bible Church in June of 2024. He married his wife Taylre in 2006, and they have six children: Olivia, Roman, Sophia, Finley, Amelia, and Ezra. John surrendered his life to Christ at the age of nineteen while living in Corry, PA. He served as a youth pastor for seven years in Southern California, an assistant pastor for thirteen years in Northern California, and has owned a home building company since 2008. He is currently working towards his MA in Theological Studies from Southern Baptist Theological Seminary.

Dennis Furio

Director of Kids and Students Ministry

Dennis Furio serves as the Director of Kids and Students Ministry at Foundry Bible Church. He married his wife, Kelsey, in 2023, and they have two daughters, Brielle and Juliette. Dennis is passionate about discipling the next generation and has served in children’s and youth ministries for over a decade.

Jeff Miller

Church Planting Board Member

Jeff has been a member of the Foundry Bible Church planting board since its inception in 2024. He surrendered his life to Jesus Christ in 1992 and has loved being an active part of the body of Christ ever since. Jeff married his wife Linda in 1980, and together they have 2 grown daughters and 8 grandchildren. His professional life includes owning a heating and air conditioning business for nearly 50 years in the Auburn area.
